The Design Process:

Consultation – Our initial meeting involves a walk through of your property, where we discuss your goals, aesthetic ideals, and the practical considerations of your project. This is a no-pressure opportunity for you to learn about the vast world of landscape lighting, and to define the parameters of your project.

Design – Our staff lighting designer will put together a design with specifications, ideas and will rough out a budget for the installation.

Refinement – A second consultation will revolve around picking out fixture styles and finishes, and addressing any additional needs or questions surrounding the initial design. Expect to make decisions regarding the cost-benefit profile of LED vs. conventional lighting fixtures, automatic control interfaces, and extensible design options.

Proposal – All previous considerations will be used to craft a design proposal and contract. Should you wish to move forward, we'll sign a design contract and will collect a 50% down payment. From there, your installation will be scheduled, and you'll be given a window of time in which to expect our lighting installation specialists.

Install – Most installs are completed in the course of a single day, depending on the scope of the project. A follow up visit will happen after dark hours to ensure the desired effect is achieved and to determine if there are any punch-list items to be addressed.
