Our specialties include Landscape Construction, Hardscaping, Garden Maintenance, Lawn Care, and Snow Management services.

Our landscape crews start the day at our shop on Madison's east side, before heading out to the work sites in company vehicles.
We work in many different locations across the greater Madison area on many different, interesting, and fun projects.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Ability to perform manual labor.
- Experience in landscape/hardscape and/or lawn/garden care.
- Full-time availability. We'll consider part-time for the right candidate.
- A valid drivers license and a good driving record. (Ability to tow a trailer is a plus!)

What you can expect:
- Competitive compensation that exceeds the norm - a minimum of $23/hr (more for experienced, well qualified candidates.)
- A 40-hour work week, Monday thru Friday starting at 7am each day. (Weather permitting) We work a full schedule during the landscaping season,
and work snow management during Winter.

We are seeking a full-time Landscape Construction Foreperson with specific industry experience in patios, retaining walls and other hardscape construction.
We are hiring team leaders! Our team members are treated with respect, paid well, and have autonomy in the field.
The Landscape Construction Foreperson is responsible for training and coordinating our landscape construction crew to ensure that projects are being completed
efficiently and effectively, while maintaining our quality standards.
In addition, the foreperson will be responsible for working with management to make sure all tools, materials, and equipment are in top working order and ready
for the next job site.

- Landscape and Hardscape construction experience.
- A valid drivers license and a good driving record.
- Experience driving pick-ups, pulling trailers, and operating equipment.
- Communication & Leadership skills.
- Ability to perform manual labor.
